Reggie Bannister
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Reginald Horace "Reggie" Bannister (born September 29, 1945) is an American actor, musician and director, best-known for his role as Reggie, an ex-ice cream man, in director Don Coscarelli's Phantasm series.
