He was married to Mindy Elaine Huffman (May 18, 2012 - ?) (divorced), Suzanne Hope Canner (1987 - February 19, 1994) (her death, 1 child), Valerie Munden Godowsky (January 29, 1973 - July 6, 1978) (divorced), Sandra Gershwin Godowsky (April 7, 1962 - July 1972) (divorced, 2 children). He died on July 13, 2023 in Raymond, New Hampshire, USA.
