Kyra Owers

Kyra Owers is an award-winning filmmaker and editor from Co. Cork. She studied Film for two years at Cork College of FET: Douglas Street Campus where she honed her skills by being involved in many film productions. She is continuing her academic studies in Film at University College Cork, while using any opportunity to enhance her practical skills. She is a member of the Irish Film and Television Academy's Directing Chapter, and also the current Web Manager at The People's Picturehouse Cork.
