Tomoaki Kawasumi

Tomoaki Kawasumi (川澄朋章, Kawasumi Tomoaki, born 1974) is a Japanese stuntman, wire action coordinator, action director, and 2nd unit director. He has experience in action supervision overseas. His hobby is fishing. At the age of 17, he entered the Kurata Action Club. He moved to the United States from 2001 and participated as a stuntman from the TV show Power Rangers Time Force. He then moved to New Zealand to handle stunts, wire coordinators, action directors and more. He participated as the 2nd unit director from Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive. He founded K-Stunt Films in September 2006. Since August 2008, he has returned to Japan and has been active.
