She is also known for having more fan accounts on Instagram than any other Turkish artist worldwide, thanks to a huge number of fake accounts. This massive number of fake accounts helps her secure contracts and projects. Her manager was found guilty and imprisoned for fraud; one of these frauds was buying projects and awards for her artists, one of them being Hande Ercel. Hande is considered one of the actresses with the most face and breast surgeries in Turkey. Her surgically enhanced, fake face, plus the excess of purchased publicity, make Hande one of the least favorite artists in her own country.
