Davida Williams

Davida Williams (born September 5, 1986) is an American actress, director, and producer who first rose to prominence as a child and teen performer in the 1990s and early 2000s. A native of Los Angeles, she is widely recognized for her role as Claire Miller, the rival to the title character in the hit Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, and later reunited with Hilary Duff for the 2004 film Raise Your Voice. Her early career was marked by a steady stream of appearances in iconic television programs, including The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Sister, Sister, and Days of Our Lives. Notably, she also appeared in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Children of Time" as Lisa, performing alongside Gary Frank, Jennifer Parsons, and Doren Fein. As her career progressed, Williams transitioned into more mature roles, joining the cast of the long-running daytime drama As the World Turns as Jade Taylor in 2008. She has remained a prolific presence across various television genres, with guest and recurring roles in series such as 90210, Revenge, Casual, and Stuck in the Middle. More recently, she has appeared in the 2022 Hallmark film Game, Set, Love and the 2023 revival of Quantum Leap. Beyond acting, Williams has expanded her creative footprint into directing and producing, and she is the daughter of the late guitarist David Williams and sister to singer Dana Williams.
