When the unemployed old man Ziggy goes for a walk with his dog Netto and after an altercation with the bully 'Bad Ziggy' just wants to have his peace, he gets a visit from his grandchildren. But instead of spending the afternoon idyllically, the unbelievable happens: zombies attack the village and the only one who somehow has an idea of how to get rid of them is Netto! Who will survive this night?
