
A report written in 1904 by Juan Bialet Massé (a Spanish doctor, lawyer, agricultural engineer, businessman, researcher, and adventurer) reveals the abuse and injustice suffered by workers and natives of Argentina, a South American country, at that time. One hundred years later, and guided by Bialet's voice, the filmmaker sets out to explore that same country, experiencing the past and present of an immensely wealthy and dominated people.
