It's the 1990s. Jane and Jonny Molin own the campsite "Fredriksdals Trivselcamping." Last year, the campsite received the "award" for trash can of the year. If they receive it again this year, they will lose the campsite, so now they have to find that inspector, the one who travels incognito.
