
Eskil Holmgren (87 years old) and Vera Hultgren-Lundquist (84 years old) are second-generation immigrants. In Oberá in Argentina's northern province of Misiones, there is a large colony of Swedish descendants who have preserved both language and traditions for almost a hundred years. But soon only the names remain that remind of the Swedish families who, in the hope of a better life, left everything and emigrated to the other side of the world.
